LET'S CONNECT
Quality discussions in the classroom are challenging to facilitate.

Discussions do not come naturally. They require detailed planning and structuring beyond simple guidelines, community building through a focus on social and emotional learning, and sustained and engaged practice.

That's where I step in. I help teachers make discussions work in their classrooms.

In addition to consulting researchers and mentoring educators, I have served as the creator and director of award-winning discourse-based workshops that support the development of critical thinking through collaborative learning.

My approach supports teachers in prioritizing what's most important and in addressing the many challenging issues that come with introducing high-quality classroom discussions, giving teachers more agency.
